What we collect
- Contact-form data: name, email, company, message, and enquiry type.
- Newsletter sign-up: email address.
- Analytics (with consent): anonymised IP, pages viewed, referrer, device class. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries (legitimate interest / pre-contractual).
- To send newsletters you've explicitly opted into (consent).
- To understand which content is useful (consent, where required).
Where it lives
Contact-form and newsletter data are stored in our CRM (HubSpot), hosted in the European Union. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Contact-form data: up to 24 months from last contact. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: 14 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@ammisorb.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
